I'm not saying "Definately Not", 'cos I can't be sure, but I expect that if it was, then there would be some official statement at http://www.wsr-racing.com, don't you? I'm not sure when the official launch is. Anyone know when?.. And where?

The offical launch for the MG BTCT project is the at the end of March. But i think it was offically confirmed what model they would be running (the 45) and what to call the MG version.

There couldn't have been a car on TV today, as they haven't built or designed it yet! Not even a Show Car. It must have been an artist impression or something!?!

Anyway if it was on TV what channel and programme was it on.

But I read Sun Motors last week saying all three MG models were launched this week and there was also something they mentioned about the BTCC.

GURRYP should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

According to the MG-Rover press statement the new MG's will be sold alongside their current Rover brothers (sisters ??) The 75 will now be the X10 (available with a V8 & RWD !!!!!), the 45 will be the X20 (complete with V6) & the 25 the X30. So far so good.

The road car certainly doesn't look far of a BTCC car anyway.
Maybe the designers had the BTCC in mind, maybe it's meant to be a road legal BTCC lookalike!

Doesnt look as stunning as the Astra or 406 Coupes, though.
