If you're online now, you probably just missed the broadcast of the making of. It finished 5 minutes ago on Canal+.

Quite interesting, really want to see the result.

For all the addicts, the book opf the making of is already published (22 euros public price or only 20.9 euros in Leclerc hypemarkets)

Well, I guess Rob it's not intended to be. Unfortunately, there are plenty like you or me who would have liked it to be a sequel - and as good as the original - but that was never going to happen - and I guess never will.

well, many of you here will probably be disappointed, but according to the director (LP Couvelaire) there are only about 15 minutes of pure racing in this movie, and Le Mans is only 1/3 of the length

Ok, i've seen a trailer of this movie, and i can tell you now it all a complete loaf of bread, and you shouldn't waste you money seeing it. It's gonna be the most hopelessly inaccurate, overacted, badly scripted, overblown load of rubbish you ever saw. Think a cross between "Driven" and well, some other pathetic "movie"

I'm agree with the "Driven" comparison... but Le Mans is Le Mans and we don't have to blaim any (bad) attempt to celebrate it !!!

Here this movie is a great event, even if the premiere is only tonight for an official release tomorrow. They miss their effect and they should have made a premiere during the 1000 kms instead of the making-of. But it's a Luc besson movie and this guy has often strnge attitude concernng the promotion of his movies.

Anyway I gonna see it, and I probably gonna buy the DVD. LM will always be LM, as long as all of you will preserve LM spirit ;

a film solely about le mans would never get off the ground anymore...it took the power of steve mcqueen to get the first one made. le mans 2? no thanks...unless someone knows of a cooler actor than mcqueen, and a cooler car than a gulf liveried porsche 917?!

from what i gather its a french film for the french market. and i don't suppose they're too bothered about what we have to say on the matter...

Agreed on the adventures of a Hero-created or not, and as a piece of work and a fan of all his work Luc besson has yet to do wrong in my eyes, so I eagerly anticipate a copy of this movie when i get my greedy little paws on it- arrrgh!
