And the country with the most World Championships per head of population hasn't ever held a Grand Prix, and the nearest country to it to hold a GP lost it over 30 years ago. Whilst this country doesn't have a permanence circuit good enough a street circuit should be considered. |

Let me guess: Finland. And that would make the GP that disappeared Sweden, which last held an F1 event in 1978 at Anderstorp.

I'd love a recreation of the Helsinki street circuit from the 90s. That was wild

I think the UK government has made enough investments in loss-making enterprises for the time being, don't you?

It was on the provisional calendar weeks ago that they were going to swap pending confirmation, but nobody picked up on it at the time. Surprised Autosport consider this "news" at all, let alone big news

I would've thought this'll be granted. You have to put your Bernie goggles on this for one:
Where would you rather present the final race?: A run down track in Brazil or A state of the art modern day complex in Abu Dhabi? *Disclaimer* Not my opinions Selby |

As a 90s man, I still can't get my head around Brazil being the last race, and I like Abu Dhabi, so I'll go against the inevitable grain

So Abu Dhabi ends the season again, and Korea has been given a place on the calendar (subject to homologation of the circuit). |

Obviously, Bernie doesn't care about the weather either, as he's put Valencia in the dead of Summer.
i take it, Jab, that as a 90s man, you're used to the finale being at Adelaide? |

Just be glad we just now just waiting on 1 track now and that is the new one in Sout Korea, we do not know the time of this race or the lap count (but i going to hazard a guess that we might need to get Sky + on stand-by for that race)

The Korean race promoter has said that the race will be run in day light for the first three seasons, at least.
