Classic twist for McLaren and Williams

Had a really good laugh when I read that if Ron & Frank's arbitration goes ahead and succeeds (they object to some features of the new rules, and also to the proposed ban on driver aids) then the first races of this season might be declared null & void (because they would have taken place under a system since declared non-legitimate). So McLaren would lose their early season advantage. Now that's a good test of Ron Dennis' argument - if he really thinks that he parc ferme regs compromise safety then surely he won't mind risking his championship hopes...yea right.

F1Live story No - won't happen - but technically it's feasible.

It WILL be fun, however the F1-live is already outdated.... (why am I not surprised...) Since Max already dropped his "no-TC" rules, Ron and Frank also dropped their arbitration... I guess... not sure.... the "no-bi-dirrectional telemetry" is still an issue. Anyway, cancelling 3 races is not possible, even if ALL max, Ron and Frank would want to do it.

But the speculation is fun nonetheless...

Have you got a link for Ron and Frank dropping the arbitration? I haven't seen anything about that yet...?

Not a confirmed news, more like a rumor that "Ron said that etc"... I'll try to find the link.
