Lee should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
This past season there were 14 different winners in the Winston Cup Series. We are 27 days away from the start of the 2001 Winston Cup Season, with the 41st running of the Daytona 500. My question for you is this, how many different race winners will there be in the Winston Cup Series this year? My prediction is, no less than 7, but no more than 10. What does everybody think?

That's probably a safe prediction Lee. I'll say 8.

I think there will be at least 11-12 winners: D Earnhardt Sr., D Earnhardt Jr., Dale Jarrett, Ricky Rudd, Rusty Wallace, Jeremy Mayfield, Bobby Labonte, Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Jeff Burton, and Bill Elliott.

Perhaps Casey Atwood, Johnny Benson and Mike Skinner will be first time winners this year.

I pretty much agree with joe fan. I might pull skinner out and add michael waltrip and I think nadeau might win one as well. johnny benson will almost surely get to winners circle this year and lets not forget matt kenseth. is there any way that kid could go a whole season without at least one win? Anyone care to submit a dark horse candidate, say bobby hamilton or maybe todd bodine?
