Marshals trackdays 2012

I'm sure I've posted this before but can't find the thread so apologies if I'm repeating myself.
I'm just wondering if there are going to be any trackdays next year for the marshals before the new season gets underway?
In the past Jonathan Palmer has been very generous and allowed the use of a selection of the MSV circuits for a free day which I know has been very popular and very quickly booked up.
I'd certainly love to do another marshals day if this were at all possible?

If they're going to happen details will probably get released in the new year. I'm sure that Stephen will confirm.

Thanks to all involved in sorting these days out, it makes standing out in the rain for hours on end all worth while (nearly).

Oh and Fazza don't forget your diagnostic equipment mate (just in case).

Please remember that this will be a novice track day and will probably not be exclusive to marshals so think carefully before taking race cars along.

First of all many thanks once again Mr JP and all the staff at MSV and BMMC to make this possible each year.

Registered last night for Oulton Park... Its been awesome previous years i think all marshals new and old really should have the chance to see the track from a drivers perspective.... For example where the flag points are and how much (sorry little) time you have to spot them. I'll be interested this year seeing the lights in action.

And as this is my first post il introduce myself.

Buy a Clio 172! Cheap to buy and a load of fun on track! Plenty on Pistonheads and Autotrader.

Huge thankyou to Nick and everyone at MSV and Oulton Park for putting this day on again! It's always a superb day.
I was there last week for a trackday with Focused Events in my Clio 172. The track was really slippery in the morning after a heavy frost the night before but once the track dried out it was superb. The usual places were very slippery such as Druids in the damp but once dry really good.

Track Day Hot Rides

I understand this is being organised as a novices track day, but would like to ask if you would like a race car or two, with an additional seat fitted, at Oulton Park to do some hot laps for the marshals? We did it a few years back with two of our Renault Spider race cars and it seemed to go down quite well.
The Spiders have gone, but we have other cars, if we've finished getting them ready over the winter!!
