Int. Spa F3000 race
The RACB ( belgians motorsports asc. ) have put a round of the Int. F3000 on their calendar. 30 - 31 august ( 1000Km of Spa weekend sportcars ) It is the same date like the grand prix should have go ahead. We wait for comfirmation from the Fia.

I have heard the same thing, and it's definitly more than just a rumour.
There could also be a F3-race. |

Looks like it's not the International F3000 series but the Euro 3000.
They apparently switched dates from July 20 to August 31. The organiser of the FIA GT, Stefan Ratel, took control of the FIA SCC a few weeks ago and is now trying to give FIA SCC a new live to combine it with other series. In this case that's the Euro3000 series. |

British F3 will have a championship round at Spa that weekend, looks like it is going to be a good meeting.

exactly ......shame they dont put a Cart race on the same weekend and have a the best event of the year !...

Hehe, how would they fit that between the F3000, F3 and SCC 1000km race (= not something you complete in 2 hours :-))? Sounds like a great weekend, but the F3000-race will probably not be repeated in 2004 I guess... It's definitly International F3000, not Euro F3000. |

The FIA issued an official statement just over a week ago saying there would definitely NOT be FIA International F3000 at Spa this year.
