That's makes for a perfect day! Peugeot wins for real this time. Corvette finally break their duck, BMW steal the title, and Highcroft seals their. Cherry on the cake is the Pescarolo finishing on the Podium. Now I'm going to sleep with a big grin. |

Fantastic race (and season!), I was almost screaming of joy when the Corvette took the win! Finally, after such wait! Great battles tonight in GT2, it was a pleasure to watch.

AWESOME race, amazing to see such a massive crowd for an ALMS race. Peugeot kicked arse in this race and other than Sarrazin their drivers had flawless drives. GT2 was awesome as always and honestly a winless season for corvette wouldn't have been good good for the series.
Dissapointment of the day was LMP2, shame Cytosport had issues which cost us of an actual race. Reminding me of 2008 when the underdogs (ironically then highcroft) also had problems early. Unless a factory team enters in LMP1 next year full time, then Cytosport is definatly my pick for the championship. Also it was good to see the OAK racing pescarolo make the podium despite an apalling driver line-up. Also brilliant job by Intersport, who would have thought they make 10 hours in p5! Sebring 2011 will be awesome and it will be cool to see the new Peugeot 90x, Audi R18 and aston martin, aswell as possibly the rebellion toyota in addition to a new look LMP2 class and the preimere class in ALMS, GT2. |

As a Ferrari fan, what an embarrassing lost in GT2 Class. This will suck for the next few days. ummm....congrats to Vette Racing. Petit Le Mans was great this year. ALMS is back on track. God this lost sucks.

Just finished marshalling my first PLM and what an event! 4 days of fun, topped with good weather and a fantastic race. The smells, the sights, all will stay with me for a LONG time.

That was a fanTASTIC race! Great action, beautiful weather, 1000 miles, what more can a guy ask for? Onto Zhuhai then 2011!
Congrats to Peugeot, Corvette, Highcroft, Level 5, and TRG on fantastic wins! Gutted for the Lizard team, but nothing wrong with a driver's title. |

Couldn't wait to get home and see what Horn Dog had to say about the vettes. You were the first person I thought of when the unspeakable happened to Risi, though I don't know you.
Risi was the thread holding my emotions together after Pug proved too much today for Audi...at last it certainly seemed they would be. Ahhh, cheers at least to Highcroft. Suppose I like a few teams... |

It would have been better than 2008 for me if I had the chance to sit and watch some more racing on spectator hill or T10. Unfortunately, I spent most of the day hiking. Almost got ran over by Lord Drayson, though. And saw a Bobby Rahal look alike.

I was rooting for the vettes myself! I'm not a big GM fan, but I do love those Vettes. They deserved a win, and I hope next season they show more of what they're known for, and that's winning. Peugeot did well today too. I was happy to see an actual race though. Most of the time at least. The cautions were a little annoying, but when the racing was going on it was good. Too bad for the Dyson guys though, I was rooting for them too.

Thrilling race.......
Delighted to see Peugeot win the Battle of Balaclava. GT2 was spellbinding, it didn't really matter (to me) who won. But, very pleased for the fans that the 'local heroes' took the win. Jaguar........I'll resist saying anything right now. Great job by Intersport. Congrats to Highcroft, well deserved, they've been the class of the ALMS P field this year. Driver of the day, for me, was Andy Lally. Someone snap him up for a competitive GT2 drive next year! |

Peugeot 1-2, excellent! This has to make up for the disappointment of Le Mans.
Intersport must have been saving all of their reliability this year for this race. 4th in P1, 5th overall and on the same lap as the P2 winner is not shabby at all. Well done Highcroft, shame about Cytosport's issues... it could have been a good battle. And the Pesca on the podium! (although slightly by default...) And, finally... @ Risi. That is all. |
