Arrows find new sponsor!!

The Arrows team will anounce a new sponsorship deal tomorrow!

DURACEL!!

I'm never one for laughing at drivers and teams when they don't finish, but this............WHAT A BUNCH OF AMATEURS!

and HHF could ask Ralf where he got his glasses, he drove out of the pits when the red light was on!

and after that they send Bernoldi out in the T car when it was'nt alowed!

I'm glad Jos does'nt drive for those idiots anymore, they could'nt win a race if they where the only team in it

Arrows have better things to do than find sponsors. They should really read the rule book before going racing.

I had absolutely nothing to do with the first corner fracas - that was Rubens and Ralf (this is not the first time). All I did was point the bone at the two orange cars and bingo - they were stopped.

Steve, you dont think HHF was ordered to do so?

Are you really one of many loser Verstappenfans who cannot withhold form bashing Arrows every fukking chance you get, just because they chose HHF over JV?

I mean, I don't see why you would spent so much time and words over a team that practically didnt do anything this weekend.

pathetic to the max.

If Jag had fired Eddie you would feel the same if both cars retired before the race even started.

I to think you really need to let it go Steve, it is really getting to be a little sad. Just because your mad at Walkinshaw doesn't mean you have to take it out on the Arrows team as a whole. There are a lot of other racers who you can cheer for, enjoy the racing.
By the way thanks for posting another picture of that gorgeous Arrows car. I'm sure after they get it all sorted it will be quite competitive.

Well, I cheered for Webber!

But a team wich has both cars staul on the grid and after that find out that they forgot to charge the starting batteries !?!?!?!?!

and now they also have to give technical support to the "Phoenix" team.

come on, they are a buch of amateurs and the car will not score many points this season, i'm glad Jos is free to find a PROFESSIONAL team.

Tom is already blaming the drivers, but what are the odds on both drivers stauling the car themselves?
___________________________________________________________

But team boss Tom Walkinshaw pointed the blame at the two drivers for committing a school-boy error at the start of the formation lap. He said: "The drivers let the revs drop too much and the engines stopped, it shouldn't have happened.(www.f1i.com)

But it still would'nt have been a problem if those mechanics would have charged the start batteries.

AND: all those people Tom CAN blame where hired by him

If Tom Walkinshaw was even remotely ocmpetant, he would be a serious threat to the F1 frontrunners. He breaks contracts like most people eat bread, berates his drivers when the mistakes are his fault, does shady deals with negligable moral or legal justification, and still never scored more than 7 points in a season.

Are you trying to tell me that Tom Walkingshaw wasn't involved with TWR Arrows in 1997?

Besides that, I think he scored much more than that in his Benetton days ...

Of course they knew that it was illegal to send him out in the spare car...but they get extra coverage for their sponsors, or to attract new sponsors, don't they?

I think it was a very shrewd move.

Thanks for this comment buddy..., that´s a completely different point of view..., and actually, they got extra coverage, just exactly the same way Bernoldi got at Monaco last year.
Don´t buy this version, but, it´s a different way of thinking..., I respect that.

I don't think a sponsor wants to be on an Arrows after that fiasco today, Orange has both cars stauled on the grid and black flagged while Vodafone wins the race.

Things can only get better
(03/03) Well my engine just stopped on the grid and that was really the end of it for me. I just didn’t see the red light at the end of the pitlane – it was a mistake.

There’s not really much else to say apart from that it can only get better from here.
