Ammermuller dominated for most of the year but then did a pretty incredible job of losing both titles at the end of the season! Kobayashi won that year.

Bottom line, both are awesome drivers. I think Merhi is quite good too, and I would love to see these 3 and Bianchi in one team fighting for the championship.

NEC doesn't really count much, He only has to beat his 2 team-mates to win. The other teams and drivers are no match, so it's not much challenge, in WEC you have Sg formula and Epsilon. Plus Bottas didn't have any of the drivers who challenged him in the Eurocup. In WEC you had Ricciardo, Merhi and Calderelli. But still is really really good to win 17 races. |
