OWRS/CART: The Verdict
It's 1 in the morning and I just saw this on Champweb:
Rumor: News Coming Today posted on 12-15 00:37 A strong rumor circulating the Champ Car community has news being released today regarding the CART/OWRS situation. Most sources have suggested that good news will be released and the week will begin the announcements for the 2004 season. Stay tuned to Champweb.net for the latest... ...(exhale)
