The #18 Porsche surely has enough speed. The last lap it was the only car under 8:40.

Apparently the Audi have a fuel economy disadvantage: only 8 lap stint compared 9 lap stints of Porsche, BMW and Mercedes.

Well considering the R8 is a GT3 car which has less grip than the GT2 cars it needs more horsepower to be competitive. More horsepower equals more engine consumption.

Well lets see.. The 11 car is a hybrid. It gets 40hp from the elctric motor therefore the engine doesnt need as much horsepower. The point of that is if yo uwant to use a hybrid they;re going to make sure you run the car as a hybrid in all its capabilities. You don't get the same restrictor as the other porsche and then have 40hp on hand in case you want to use it to pass someone.


The point is the 911 flybrid is a hybrid and the ADAC wants the hybrid powertrain to be used to prove its a hybrid.

Its a win win for Porsche because it forces them to develop this flybrid system to the limit.

The 9 car is the Hybrid, the 11 was a standard GT3 R.

So. Whats the stor on the cheese grating wheels that hindaugh jeeps reffering to. In the Schnitzer BMW. Is it for aerodynamic performance. Or to extract air from the wheel well? Or brake cooling?

Ooops. the timing and scoring is seriously out of whack. It says the 11 car is down in 193rd place. With Bernhard,Dumas,Luhr,Lien driving.


It also says the 18 car is leading with bernhard,dumas,luhr,lieb driving.
