Ray Bell should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Be hard to know that. I think there will always be people who want the mag even if they have the net. And there are plenty who don't have the net...

I know Auto Action's have dropped over the years, their last audit was at 13,390. Remember that they have gone weekly, and when they had the higher numbers they were still a bi-weekly. Don't know about MN, they don't publish official audit figures.

So basically AA would have a bi-weekly audience of 26,000, I don't know if MN would be at that stage quite yet, but their format based on the Autosport one probably has scored them a few more readers.

On of the biggest complaints I have had about AA's reporting is best seen when they do an SCS event. Compare what is written about the actual event compared to MN's...not worth reading if you really want to know what happened.

Of course, AA use the claim that the information is spread throughtout the mag - but so is MN's.

And where I think AA have the AVESCO mentality - there is absolutely NO need for ANY report to have to wait four weeks from the event for it to get published as they do with club races.

13,390 out of 19 million equals 0.07%. That's a tiny little portion of the total poulation, i'm surprised it's viable. I also wonder how they get a lot of advertisers.

I used to subscribe to Auto Action, but a year's subs is enough money to do two race meetings in the Datsun. No contest really.
