alonso11 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
What makes you think that Angel Burgueño will remain in the category? Repsol can't be that blind

It's rumoured that Racing Engineering will quit the category because Vodafone will not support them unless the Nissan V6 series secure some proper TV deal.

The calendar certainly looks good but I wonder if they will manage that two trips to the middle and far east respectively when they couldn't even leave Europe for that Brazilian two-off this year (and South-American market is more sponsor friendly than Asian if we think about the group of sponsors that Nissan V6 have) Superfund btw also quited but allegedly Nissan will increase its sponsorship towards to category so it won't be a problem and Nissan will be the they will be the one and only title sponsor.

respect milka, of course, god no, i hope

respect angel burgueño... i'm agree repsol open the eyes... but it was also the same for 2003, and finally they suppoert angel, so... fot the moment i think is too much dangerous affirm that respol quit burgueño.

respect two races in the far asia, again agree, but the case is that shangai and dubai pay for it, and to fly to brazil... is the organizator (RPM) who pay the count...
is simple, china and arab emirates want get experience for their formula 1 grand prix, so they think is good pay to bring top series to get that experience... and money is not a problem for they, not for brazil or agentina, for example

respect racing engineering rumours... yes, the same of last year, and finally they were in the grid. this time is the right? maybe, for the moment they have two dallara nissan chasis, the day alfonso d'orleans anounced the sale of the cars...

yea that's a good point about Chinese and Arabian organizers, I hope they will make it there but I hope even more that i will be able to see it on Eurosport or Sport1 or on any channel that I have because recently the only Nissan coverage we have is a couple of minutes in Eurosport's friday magazine the 'Series' and some end of the season reviews on TVE that I've seen last year by chance (I never know their schedule)

Mackmot should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I was over in Spain last week and the rumours I was hearing was that RPM have been told by Renault to give up the championship and they will get full control of the Renault V6 championship.
Also Repsol are in the process of becoming the title sponsor for F3.
Racing Engineering have left and concentrating on F3 (with Vodafone and a good driver that I know well)
Adrian Campos have left and trying to get into F3 but there are only 22 car available so they have to buy someone out.
I heard that someone, Ive forgotten who, have told RPM they will only compete if they are paid 1mEuro.

Racing Eng say the same every year.
Which championship is Campos trying to get into spainsh?

I cant see RPM paying out to someone's ransom, any idea which country
that team comes from?
Rpm may be mad but cant be that mad!

Like I pointed out the TV deal is the main issue,if I can't see the full-length races I can't be a fan of it...simple like that.Zele also left for that very reason.

Quote:
Team principal Michael Zele: "It was quite difficult for me. From a sporting point of view I think, that the World Series is a very good and high quality championship. But all in all it was something like a bottomless pit. The Series is nearly unknown in our area. It is not shown on TV neither in Austria nor in Germany and this made it almost impossible to attract sponsors. Fact is, that the promised TV and media-package from the organizers never happened."
Now,if Renault indeed cancel the series then Belmondo made a good deal buying a team just now ey

Sito Pons, manager of MotoGP team Honda Pons, has bought Adrian Campos' Team cars. It seems he has support from Renault and has signed Kovalainen and argentinian Juan Cruz (winnner of WS Light).

Does anyone know what Jonathan Cochet is up to this year, if Belmondo can get the backing he could do a lot worse than give the lead car to Cochet, poor old JC was well shafted by GD Racing last year.
