Is it crazy to think that some GTE could do Le Mans and N24 with this new date?
I would like very much to see Corvette Racing, SRT Motorsport and AF Corse in N24

Well, it's confirmed that Le Mans will be one week earlier. Two 24 hour sessions in 2 weeks! I feel sorry for both people who will stay up for both races (like me) and the drivers who do both (e.g. Wolf Henzler)!

dont forget the poor marshals who will be doing both races!

There is no IS-C with an engine that large. They use the IS350 engine which is 3.5 liters in the road cars. The SP8 class is 4 liters and above. My guess is its a mule for the RC-F.

Lexus seems to be going a diffrrent route. The IS wont have a coupe form any longer as thats the RC's spot in the lineup. Like BMW moving the M3 coupe to the 4 designation. So if its not a typo my guess is testing for the RC-F.

This car must be the future DTM/Super GT car of Lexus. This car have the style of the M3, CLK 63 AMG, RS5 and GT-R.
Although I already know that Lexus will use the LF CC, Japanese Samurai revealed this info.

I think like you, they are not going to make two different cars for DTM/ Super GT. But maybe they will do a LF CC for DTM/ Super GT and they will do a RC-F for GTE or GT3 and used a SP8 ISC mule for the GTE or GT3 development.

2013 N24h quesiton - Thought I had read somewhere that the Nissan GTR team was able to replace an engine during the red flag during the night. Is that true? Any other stories about what teams were able to do during the night? I presume that teams with the resources did as much of a service/repair/refresh job as possible. There has to be other stories of repairs that never would have been possible without the red flag and permitted more cars to survive to the end and in better condition.

Service rules are different from Lemans.

Anything can be replaced during the course of a race including during a red flag period.

This car was 18th in overall and 2nd in SP8.
Your best lap was 8 :57: 400 and was 19 seconds faster than the best lap of Lexus IFS

So as far as I know, Lexus will launch 3 coupes to the market.
They are:
1) RC-f to compete with BMW M3, Mercedes CLK 63 AMG, Audi RS5
2) LF CC to compete with BMW M6, Mercedes Sl 63 AMG.
3) LF LC to compete with Mercedes SLS AMG, Audi R8.

Obviously I only made the comparison with the German brands.

The IS-F wont be coupe form. Thats the RC (BMW 4). The LF-CC is the concept for this car. The LF-LC is the GT type coupe (BMW 6). I still have yet to see pictures of this ISC that ran in VLN5.

If the LF CC is the concept car of RC-F then, Lexus will use the RC-F in DTM/Super GT (Japanese Samurai said that Lexus will use the LF CC in Super GT)

Ive had no luck either! But 19 seconds faster than the IS-F CCR is eye opening.
