As title suggests really......
Been watching 2002 BTCC review as been home bored, came to realise that the Astra Coupes never lost a championship they were entered in! So seems odd that once Vauxhall introduced the Sport Hatch in 2005 you didnt see any as privateers!
MGs and Hondas were used, and both proved to be no match for the works vauxhalls in there own works guises, so surely logical step would have been to use the Coupe? It was quick, reliable and strong. Even today i doubt it would be too far off the pace.......just wondered if anyone knew where they went?
