There are a couple of Mini Cooper S entered in the CSCC "Swinging Sixties" races at Mallory on Bank Holiday Monday. Both 1380s, "Grim Reaper Racing!, Vaughan Winter & Clive Tonge.

No insult taken.

Looks like the ex Adam Gould (BRC driver) shell that Andrew Jordan bought, before building his own. BTW the other car is still being used in Minicross by Brad Bradley.

Some of those circuit types can be a bit picky when it comes to a bit of dirt!

What I meant was more along the lines of - it's a minicross shell so it's likely to have seen a bit of action and will have been put together very differently to say a miglia shell.

I have just come back from watching the historic racing at Brands G.P. circuit and i must say to see Nick swift mixing it with all those big engine Yanky jobs in his historic Cooper s and finishing 7th overall was a site to be seen.

The classic mini's were excellent at Silverstone this weekend, shame you weren't there Bob. Also the MINI's were terrible.
