The Flagman should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Grand Designs - Channel 4

Anybody watching Grand Designs?

Chap is building the finest marshal's post known to mankind. Tyre walls, earth banks a roof and even facilities. Trouble is it's in Brittany - nowhere near a circuit and costs c£75000!

As an inspiration for circuit owners - Priceless. Yhink I'm missing the racing............

£135,000 for a marshals post, say 20 posts at a circuit, that's only £2.7m - bargain!

What was this chap's rationale for building this? Or is it a motorsport themed gazebo for his garden?

Don't think the eco-warrier would appreciate the racing though!

Although aspects were like marshalling, people volunteering to work for free because they enjoy it!

Home looked good in the end although not my cup of tea.
