Advice needed about photographer passes please?

Hi everyone i do marshalling, a familly friend is looking to do more action photograghs. Already has good shoots of Clio's and single seaters.
How would he go about getting a pass to be trackside??

Well, it's been discussed here several times before...

You don't buy them. You earn them. You need a reason to be trackside of the fence.

If he's good, he should contact the series he follows, or teams within it?
