Speed-King has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Pics from the recent test in Vallelunga Love that black and pink Merc! By the way, the Superstars were about 6 seconds slower than AF Corses GT2 Ferrari, so that's not all that shabby either...

Any specific reason why ROAL have switched from the 4-door E90 to the E92, while the other non-BMW teams are using 4-door saloons?

I remember the FIA Class II and Super Touring days where the 4-door E36 proved to be better in handling than the coupe.

A little BMW-heavy, but that must be the biggest top-level touring car grid in all of Europe this year. Awesome, can't wait to see them at Hockenheim (though I supposse not all the teams will make the trip up to Germany).

It's the Italian for A - F - M (A, EFFE, EMME).

Oh, there's also a lady on that car, #88 Michela Cerruti!

Good to see that Matteo finally found a decent drive. He spent two years racing in Polish Endurance Championship (WSMP). He's very good (won Italian F3 in 2004) and deserves much more than racing in a club level series in Poland.

Still big gaps (e.g. 4 seconds between 1st and 10th)

Yes, the gap is still big, but at least in qualifying we have 2 Mercedes then 2 BMWs and then 2 Chevys, with the Cadillac (!) in the top 8.

It's going to be 2 interesting races to watch.
