Appears to be, but I saw a (road) car being vinyl wrapped today - took all of an hour!

Only 2 Corvettes on track at Abu Dhabi. One Exim Bank Team China with Hezemans-Catsburg, one DKR Corvette with Cazenave-Police.

My point is it must be one of the last 2 C6.R GT1's built and must have just come straight from Pratt & Miller, and not one we have seen racing in Europe before.

Anyway well know soon, i have sent Marc Hennerici off on a mission to find out the chassis number.

Nice, Corvette might still have a chance then - before FIA gives the usual +20,000kg ballast and throws them out of the game again!
edit: Unless you meant that the BoP test is still scheduled to take place before the weekend?

I see a little bit of red on the SRT C6.R.

Umm, what track configuration are they using? According to that timing, Young Driver Aston is already about 13 seconds quicker than the pole time was last year. V8 layout?

What did Marc say? I'm 99% sure that these are the same cars ran by Mad-Croc last year. The 2 independent teams (SRT and DKR) joining forces under Mac-Croc name in 2010 have just split up to form two separate teams. Same cars, same people, different names. I wonder if the 4 Corvette story was just a scoop or if they are really working on it...
