You mean that the series has folded and the teams and drivers have all moved to Blancpain, OpenGT, Euro GT3 and regional series?
Or is good news considered to be that the series will limp along in its rag-tag state for yet another year of not being put out of its misery in the efforts for the SRO to keep it's apparently prestigious badge of "World Championship"?

EDIT: Just as I write this the final entries are announced.
Muhlner Motorsport will be running Team China Porsches - with Mike Parisy, Antonio Pizzonia and Ren Wei.
Valmon Racing Team Russia has entered Aston Martin DBRS9s - with Mikhail Aleshin, Andy Soucek and Andreas Zuber.
Sunred Engineering will run Ford GTs, possibly under an Indian Licence - No word on drivers.
Prince Albert von Thurn und Taxis will in one of the Lambos with Thomas Enge.
No official word on the calendar change yet, but it's a non European date change.

Thanks Jack, that's great news! Muhlner and Sunred are good additions. I don't know anything about the russian team, but their lineup is one of the best so far.
I can't wait to be in Nogaro now!

And there were the people saying this would be dead-in-the-water this year...
I might actually watch the livestream (if it works in the first place)! Not a lot of cars, but the variety is fantastic. The only car I'd really want to see in addition would be a Corvette, but since the GT3 Vette apparently stinks it looks like we have all the competent cars in the series.
An addition to the Russian Team, they say that LMP Motorsport will still be running the cars for them.

Where the hell does Ratel pull the teams from.
But in all seriousness fairplay to him, seems that he has gone down the route of securing sponsors from these new markets and getting existing european race teams to run the cars under the sponsor banners.
e.g.
Valmon Racing Team Russia = LMP Motorsport
Exim Bank Team China = Muhlner
TBA Indian Team = SUNRED Engineering

The live streaming will work this year. Plus there will be backup streams. That'll be announced soon I guess.

Strong interest from an additional non-European market? I guess we might see another overseas race then?

I had really hoped one of the unannounced teams would be using the Corvette, even though I knew it was highly unlikely.

When they say non-European do they mean that a non-european race will be replaced by another non-euro?

Great to see ford again!!!!! hope the team will be up to the car, and the car up to it's pedigree. (And hope Ford has a worhty livery not as last year fords...)
Great the team at lambos, didn't expect Thomas enge driving lambos, and even Less with Albert VTUT, hope Albert manages well with the harder Gt1's, and also expect kox codriver to be a professional driver to have a strong experienced car fighting for the season.
Great the aston's and Spain in GT1 with Soucek!!!!!
WoW what drivers, the level is quite good for what some expected, with good single seat drivers.
