Hell, if you take DTM over anything you should get your head checked.

If you take Donington over Brands you need your head tested.

DTM puts on a terrible show at Brands. Well, they put on a terrible show everywhere, but that's besides the point.

Porteiro Motorsport will enter in the series with two BMW M3 E92
While everybody is enjoying their Christmas holidays, the SUPERSTARS SERIES teams and drivers did not stop for a second. Many new entries are already preparing for the 2012 championship, and one of the major news came this week from Spain regarding Team Porteiro.
Two cars have already been entered by the team, which can rely on works support from the Spanish branch of BMW. Testing is currently underway to select a second, young driver to partner Felix Porteiro. The 28-year-old racer, who ran in World Touring Cars and open-wheel racing (up to the GP2 Series), is prepared to lead the team's assault for 2012.
"We rounded out a test at the Alcarrás circuit - told Team Owner Santiago Porteiro - and we immediately hit great results that raised our hopes for the 2012 season. Three drivers already tested with us including Salvador Tineo, Antonio De La Reina and female racer Carmen Boix. We're working to improve ourself on a day-by-day basis".
For 2012, Team Porteiro is ready to take the baton from Team BMW Italia with the clear goal of bringing the Bavarian racecars to more glory in 2012. As usual, it will be a tough job for them, as the SUPERSTARS SERIES will again provide the same, sensational multi-brand battle that has become trademark for the championship so far.

Solaris Motorsport Team prepares the debut in SUPERSTARS SERIES
The Italy-swiss Team works incessantly in its headquarter for the preparation of the Chevrolet Lumina Evo 2012
The staff of the team is focusing on two very important aspects, the technical side and the graphics and advertising aspects.
From the technical point of view the goal is to optimize the package of gearbox/differential and the preparation of the powerful American V8; for graphics and advertising Solaris gave great importance to the new color of the cars, made particularly attractive by the use of gold Chevrolet approached to the asphalt grey.
For this new adventure the team has also decided to be enriched by a member of proven experience that can help them in achieving the objectives.
We're talking about Matteo Lacerenza with a past in F1, DTM, WTCC, Auto GP, Superleague: Matteo will be one of the chief mechanic and will also be responsible for logistics and optimization of all team activities.
Cristian Grasso (team manager): "We are working hard to be in the best possible conditions at Monza on the first race of 1 April.
Our plan is to be on track in some private test sessions in early 2012 in order to test all the new parts we are applying on the Lumina, and subsequently participate in the collective test in mid-March, in which we shall present the cars in the final version. "
The first test of new cars are expected in the first week of Febraury, during which time the team will work to define the remaining two seats of Lumina (already known that 1 car will driven by Francesco Sini) and are already tight on negotiations with drivers, both rookies and some important international names.

I wish they'd give these things a little bit more power, and makes the races an hour long.
Plus, World Championship. This is what WTCC should be, cars like this.
