British F3 racer Will Buller tested for F3 Euro Series champion squad Prema Powerteam at Vallelunga last week. He was joined by Italian F3 runner-up Michael Lewis and ADAC F.Master graduate Sven Muller.

I'm sure there are plenty of drivers who want to race in the Euroseries . Whether or not they have enough money is another matter...
It's a shame that this series seems to have fallen so quickly out of favour as it was a fearsomely competitive championship in the mid-2000s. It also seems a shame that it is moving back to a more German-centric series.

Is Signature bogged? What are they waiting for to uncover their line-up?

I think for Signature the problem is they are not the "Fashionable" team they used to be a couple of seasons back. They have been dominated by Mercedes Teams recently, this will not help them to find drivers even more when you that some VW supported drivers are likely to move to other series (Daniel ABT likely to move to ART in GP3), Laurens Vanthoor is also likely to race WSbR in 2012 with ISR and Wittmann linked to DTM Drive... not much left

You are saying that Signature is struggling to sign drivers for 2012. Is that what you're trying to tell me?

Any of these teams will surely find it more difficult to sign drivers than Brit F3, GP3 and Euro Open F3?
I would assume that the asking budget will be extremely high for a series that is on its last legs.
Can anyone tell us what teams are asking?

Michael Lewis has signed for Prema alongside Juncadella. Hand in DTM with Lewis in Euro F3.

Tbh i don't mind it at all that it is falling out of favour. The serie was just way way way to costly.
Imo the 'old' situation was much better. The old situation in which the UK, france and Germany all had their own championships (in which the lesser funded talented drivers at least could compete either for the win in the b-class or a top 5-10 in the a class) with a few "open" races (Macau, Zandvoort, Pau) in which the best of the best with the $ fought it out.

I was told told by someone from the Benelux area that they are now not competing in the F3ES at all this year. Signature, that is.

Aggree that Signature will not be racing in F3 Euroseries in 2012. Seems like they give up F3 in 2012, waiting for 2013 F3 Regulation.

I've they will not compete, it's gonna be a Mercedes party in the Euroseries.
So far we have 7 cars confirmed
Prema (3): Juncadella, Lewis, Müller
Mücke (2): Rosenqvist, Wehrlein
GU (1): Ellis
URD (1): Wolf
All Mercedes powered cars. There will be one extra Prema car, as well one Mücke (maybe two). No news about Jo Zeller Racing. British F3 won't have much cars either. Sad period for F3.
