[iV8SC12-TEST DAY] Sandown Raceway, Saturday 11 February
Welcome to the 2012 exhibition of the new season drivers, sponsors, teams, cars...
A test day for getting time behind the wheel, the first chance for 2012 for a serious hit out with all the other runners.
Maybe we will see the TBA's we hear so much about!!

Just realised I am in Melbourne that weekend with Saturday to myself. Looks like I might have found something to do

then theres a proper Winton test for v8's on the monday 13th, and a private track day the day after (14th) again at Winton, where GT's will be doing a parity drive off with Simonsen I think?
The GT's will be superfast if the V8's have put some rubber down the day before.....
Expect Bowes unofficial best test time at Winton of 1.21.99 in a 360 GT to fall...

Is every GT model in attendance for this? Or just the new additions to the GT family?

Not really sure.
I know of a good number going though, it'll be a good spread of cars that day.
I know ferrari 458, lambo 560, new sls for sure.
I think lambo 600, new audi, viper, and aston also

well looks like the long term forecast was close
a few showers and 21 now.
should be a good day and the lunch time gridwalk should be fun
cost is still free, contrary to some reports

I dont get the use of interim liveries.. its not like the model car makers are going to produce one with that stickerage all over it for profit...
Meantime, the teams are mostly in residence apparently...
