12 hours of Bathurst

I don't know what I was thinking, but... I just signed up to marshal the 12 hours of Bathurst. http://www.bathurst12hour.com.au/

Has anyone been to one before, any thoughts, opinions, etc.

Looking forward to go back to Australia (thought sooner than I planned)

Australian GT will conduct a one-hour race within the Bathurst 12 Hour race itself, commencing at the beginning of the enduro and ending at the end of the first hour.
Cars entered for only the Australian GT round will then return to pit lane whilst 12 Hour competitors continue on for a further 11 hours of racing.

Hi Russ there's a B12 thread in the Australian touring car forum here if you ask questions there you should be able to find answers. We're lucky to have drivers, team owners, mechanics, marshals and other people connected to the race posting in that thread so it's full of info.
