Jamie G should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
We were there competing, saw the accident and the aftermath. The rescue crew had already had a busy day with recoveries and an engine bay fire, but from what I saw they were absolutely on the button, along with the marshals. In a situation like that I absolutely take my hat off to volunteer marshals and rescue crews. Our sport wouldn't possibly take place without their dedication.

As well as thoughts and condolences to the family and friends, I'd like to extend my thoughts to the staff and helpers from Bognor Regis Motor Club; a tragic accident right in front of them. Very sad and very shocking.

Shocking news, so sad. Not something you expect in grass roots motorsport. Condolences to the family and all involved.

A terrible tragedy and condolences to all concerned.
However this does bring "motor sport is dangerous" back to remind us in this ever increasing safety aspect side of the sport unfortunately !

As you have already heard, It is with sadness and regret that we can confirm that Competitor Sandra Harrison-More never recovered from her injuries following her accident during the sprint on Saturday 28/04/12.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her Husband Simon and Family at this tragic time.
Any further enquiries to be directed to the MSA, Thank You.

Not that it's important but I got it from the BBC website. However, I apologise for getting the lady's age wrong.

Tragic news. My thoughts go out to the family and friends as well as to my colleagues from the marshalling/rescue community who were involved.

Sometimes what is such a fantastic sport can be so cruel.
