Having witnessed tents being pitched up at the fences and people arriving earlier than 5 to get there space Sunday morning will make for an interesting day

Given that dreux has just two spectator banks, and that you cannot spectator all around the circuit. I really hope the organisers don't allow tents to be erected against the fence otherwise it will obstruct the view of those standing behind.

Do you think that the organisers will have tried to create more spectator areas for the ERC? I really hope so, as going all that way for a crap view would be frustrating.

At Essay ERC in 2005, Dreux had a stand advertising their then new track, with jocker lap, and sure they had a plan with the spectator banks marked on, and might be wrong but think one spectator bank had a capacity of 20000 and the other 10000.

Since the track extension in 2011, its a new plan on their website now.

So I guess they are looking at a capacity of 30000.

but as with Mayenne in 2006(or was in 2007 when the ERC was there) Guess the banks will get crowded, and the French do seem to stand very very close to one another!!!

I see that Julian Godfrey has now entered (Rallycross.com). Excellent news to see him in the ERC a bit more this year.

Any ideas whether Steven Bossard will be entering?

Bossard sold his RX C2 to Rallycross girl Adeline Sangnier.

Nice of you to find the time to dip into the forum ;o)) You lot are too rowdy in the pits! Will catch up with ya no doubt over the weekend.
Eight car finals no problem at Lydden other compact circuits will be very different and yes contact a plenty! Big hammer and tape main items of the day.

Was hoping Andersen and the Volvo would be there also but he will be back in action in Austria! SRA impressed quite a few with his commitment with the Volvo at Lydden.

Not mudcross Just proper Rallycross how it should be level playing field separate men from the boys. Think the first two rounds will go down in history lol
What a start to 2012...
