[iV8SC12R14&15] Sucrogen Townsville 400, 6-8 July
1997 Formula One champion Jacques Villeneuve is going to take part in the V8 Supercars round at Townsville on July 6. He indicated he would have no hesitation in signing on for more races this season and would even consider moving to Australia full-time.

Interesting to see him in #51. Wonder why Mr Russell can't make it?

Damn that's a good get for TKR and Pepsi.
Could a name like this get Red Bull over the line for next year?

I thought the Kellys had enough work to do building 6 new Nissans!
Now they will probably have to rebuild an existing chassis if his last effort in anything to go by!
Maybe the other teams had better ramp up the spares as well, I am sure he won't miss any other car either.

It's one way to get rid of a few Holden panels that won't be required next year.

So... it doesnt look like we hold lots of hopes of Mr Villeneuve getting into the race winning battle with our friends at 888, FPR & SBR....
Who will win in Townsville? Will HRT extract its collective digit and begin to look racey coming up to its favourite event.. Bathurst...
