F1 Raging Magazine: Forgotten someone????
Pg 23 of the November issue of F1 Racing magazine: They've got a 'Who goes where?' thingy showing the team & driver line-ups for next season...
They've put the likes of Karthikayan and Webber at Minardi and Prost respectively, but they've forgotten about a future WDC - Mr Fernando Alonso.
How can they be sooooooo stupid??????
Here's their '02 line-up:
Ferrari - TGF, RB.
Mclaren - DC, Kimi.
Williams - Ralf, Montoya.
Renault - Trulli, Button.
Jordan - Fisi, Sato.
BAR - JV, Panis.
Arrows - Jos the boss, Frentzen.
Sauber - Nick, Massa.
Jaguar - Eddie, PDLR.
Minardi - Karthikayan, Yoong.
Prost - Enge, Webber/Frentzen.
Toyota - Salo, McNish.

I guess they think he'll be the new Ferrari test driver.

But Alonso said he doesn't want to stay at Minardi, and there's no-where else for him to go.
I vote for Fernando to replace Murray Walker...

Fernando will be replacing Jenson Button at Renault.
Button can go play with his toys for all I care.

I hope you're right. That would be great, it would be a huge step up for Fernando in his career.

It used to be good, but since F1 magazine came out its rather dull in comparison.

I don't think we get F1 magazine in australia. we get F1 Racing, and there is nothing more i enjoy every month than sitting back, and tearing away the plastic wrap that surrounds my new F1 racing that has just arrived in the mail. Its pure bliss.

As long as I know, Paul Stoddard said that Briatore has an option in Alonso, and so he can't be sure where the spaniard will be next year. Renault had not expressed about securing Button next year, so I guess is just a question of time...

Fernando Alonso will be engineered into a seat where he will be getting the most money - Flavio Briatore manages him, and has a percentage clause whereby he gets a certain amount of his drivers' salary...
I was hoping I wasn't the only one worrying about F1 Racing there...
I don't think F1 Magazine is that good at all, though.
