New regs
I've seen in a few places whisperings about an overhaul of regulations regarding Le Mans cars to take effect in 2004.
Is this true and if so what changes are being planned?

Re: New regs
Are you referring to the GTP thing?

It could be that but I'm not sure. Have you got anymore details about that?

All I have heard is the "declaration of intent" by ACO and FIA to talk things over; and come up with unified rules by 2004. And that the cars will have this triple rollover structure, and therefore be closed "GTP"s. Beyond that, I don't know anything.

So if they seem to be 'friends' again can they nicely remove a couple of chicanes that have been getting on my nerves for a while?

When will I start to believe that the ACO and FIA have agreed on a common set of rules? When the lights go green for the first race of the Unified GTP era. Not 1 moment earlier.

I won't disagree there. Please sort it out!!!!
Actually if the FIA got their way in a post Senna era of safety wouldn't Le Mans become a series of chicanes?
Oh hang on, it already is.
