British GT's at silverstone
Good news for this weekend at Silverstone! The saleen has been restricted to give it less power! it is to bring the races closer in the future, with that and the 100 kg ballast they are carrying now i predict a TVR win!! Also the GT class is being swelled with the Mike Haines Lotus Esprit, the QM Chrysler Viper, the Porsche GT2 and both stealths, should be good, and it looks like i can have the day off work and go!

Great. I heard that some cars had returned, but Ceefax only mention the Viper arriving in the series.

Are we talking about the Viper?
I heard it was an American driver, can't remember his name.

Yea, the Ultima is back with Colin Blower and Jay Shepherd at the wheel.
The Porsche GT2 will be driven by Tony Littlejohn and Rob Croydon.

Neither the Mike haines esprit nor the Mustang are on the official entry list at the moment (but then again, neither is Colin's Ultima and I know he's planning to race!)

Question is, will the Mustang be a runner at all? Hope so, diversity and all that. But at least GTO isn't reliant on Porsches to keep the numbers up.
