dogsbody should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Cadwell 14th, 21st, 26th & 27th needs Marshals

Anyone who can help out at our race meetings on 14th (HISTORICS), 21st (BRSCC), and 26th & 27th (JAGUARS) please let us know.

We really are in need of all the assistance we can get as at least one of those meetings is at serious risk of being cancelled due to a lack of Marshals.

PM either myself or Pete Howarth or telephone John Watson on 01507 450412.

A warm, cheery welcome together with all the perks we can muster is guaranteed at all our Cadwell meetings, plus you can get to experience all the jobs at once!

EVERYONE is welcome!

I'm coming up on the 21st with 3 other marshals from south. Together we have over 100 years service on the bank but we will do whatever is necessary to run one or two posts.
Unfortunately the other lads are unable to find the time ( after Goodwood) or are competing in sprints.....hence the problems that many circuits are encountering with lack of marshals.
I know we will thoroughly enjoy ourselves.....but will the BRSCC meeting take place?? With a 4 hour journey looming + bed & brekka costs, we need to know soon!!
Tough times; at least I had a splendid time at Croix and the GP had no effect on me whatsoever. Something wrong somewhere....

I wish hon - I'm working ALL those weekends otherwise I'd be looking at flights. Historics and Jaguars - what's not to like.

You could still go though.....

Oooops sorry, did it in a rush, Yes it is the 27th and 28th (can't do maths).

Thanks for all the replies.

The decision on whether the doubtful meeting will take place is due to be made this Friday (12th) in order to give all concerned plenty of notice if it is cancelled. It is likely that this will be due to LACK OF ENTRIES rather than any other cause IF it is cancelled as yesterday there were more Marshals than entries (and that is saying something!).

Keep you posted.

Yeah, I'm supposed to be racing there that weekend...and I sent me entry early too.

I'm guessing it's not the Jaguar days?

DECISION MADE

The decision about the "iffy" meeting has been made by those more high up than me and it is that the meeting WILL GO AHEAD. Passes will be posted this weekend.

We still need volunteers for ALL those above dates so please PM me, phone me on 01772 451466 (after 14th) or 01472 824883, or PM Pete Howarth.

We REALLY DO need your help.

I can't promise good weather, but can promise a very friendly welcome.
If you have nothing planned, please consider coming to Cadwell for these meetings. All help is gratefully received.

Don't forget, as an added incentive, Jaguar Car Club will be giving you £10 per day at all our meetings, including Cadwell, towards your travel expenses.
