FIAT sells 34% to an investment bank

'It has since been confirmed that FIAT have sold 34% of the Company to investment bank Mediobanca for over 500 million pounds.'

Looks as if Luca di Montezemolo will have to step down as the president. I would just love if that happens because the way i see it....he's the one responsible of the team orders.

But the way i see, the investment bank will only appoint their representative in the board of directors but will not be involved in any management capasity.
