1996 Ferrari. 1979 Arrows (the cigar on wheels). The Luigi Colani-penned 1972 Eifelland (amazingly, the same guy who penned the first Mazda MX-5/Miata/Eunos).

Yeah, I preferred black wings too
But yes, probably those Eifellands are the ugliest cars ever

Not sure of the driver, but can help to narrow it down a bit. Car looks like a mid-60s model, and I would assume the driver is French as it looks like he has a tricolour painted on his helmet. That should be enough for some of those with encyclopedia-type knowledge out there!

Strad: Youve shown pictures of two completely different Arrows.
The side view is the original Arrows of 1977. The one the was banned because it was the same design as the Shadow.

The 1996 Ferrari was a seriously ugly car. Especially the high nose version.
