Don't now how much has been "confirmed". An official announcement of the Player's 2003 driver line up should come at season's end in Mexico City, this way there's no "breach of contract" for PT. Well, unless they're adding a fourth car for JV, which may take a while.

There hasn't been an official announcement, but all parties(Pat, Gerry, etc) have stated publicly that the deal is signed and sealed. Same with Paul.
JV is the only uncertainty... I imagine he'll probably be in F1 next year, but never know...

That's what I thought too, I just wandered where there could have been news about elsewhere than I know of

According to autosport ( http://www.autosport.com/newsitem.asp?id=20845&s=7) there hasn't been an announcment yet because they are still finalizing sponsorship...
