"Pay-nose", with a sharp 's'.

Pan-oz , where the oz is like (Oz)zie
Pay-nose,
Basically you can say either Pay-, or Pan- with either -oz or -nose at the end

I think - though I may be misremembering - that his wife says "Pah-nose", or did when I met her, anyway.

It's a bit like Alex Job Racing, which everyone pronounces Alex 'jobe' Racing. As for the Panoz: Pan-oz

Shouldn't it be 'jobe'? I've always assumed it was pronounced Biblically...

ok heres a story.
as some of you may know i'm a motorsport picture editor/ageing junior photographer at a big picture agency.
i once received a call, round about 97/98 from a picture researcher. she was reeled off a list of various motorsport names she was after from the world of f1 and rallying, amongst them was pannu leeman, whom i took to be a unknown scandanavian rally driver. so after much fruitless searching thru "L" in the rally files...i realised she was actually after the "panoz le mans" car.
duh.

That's taking the phonetic approach to new limits......
Anyway, I'm sure Pannu co-drove for Hannu Mikkola a few years back, didn't he?

I've always pronounced Job as "jobe", but one of my friends insists that it's "yobe"...As for Panoz, i think you can start however you like as long it ends with "-nose".
