360 Gearbox?

Now that racing sequential boxes are allowed in 'GT' is the Ferrari 360 now fitted with one.

If yes, is the gearbox a paddle shift as on the road car, replacing the slower road car paddle shift.

As I recall if a road car is fitted with paddleshifts, the GTS/GT car can also been fitted with them.

Yes and no. The gearbox in the 360 is a normal mechanical lever sequential unit. Electro-hydraulic paddles are allowed (and used by some teams), but they have to identical to those on the road car. Shane Lewis said they lose about 1/2 second a lap on the straights at some tracks due to the slower shifts (compared to a sequential or normal manual). The paddles are quite reliable though.
