F3 test at Oulton Park

There's an F3 test at Oulton Park tomorrow and Wednesday - anybody want to make any predictions as to who will be quick, or even who will be there?

I'll be there!

Predictions

1. Fauzy
2. Carroll
3. Dirani
4. Piccione
5. Rossiter

Piquet will just sandbag again and cruise around towards the bottom end of the top 10 I reckon!

'Ere! Looking forward to that, obviously, but, any of you guys and gals read Motorsport News? They had a report last week on p.7 re a two-day official FOTA test at Oulton Park (they say "last week" - that would be 23-27 February).

Are they talking b****cks? Or was there such a test?

This week's test might be a little more representative than last week's Oulton outing. It was seriously cold last week - the morning session was delayed for a couple of hours because of ice - so tyre temperature was a factor for several teams, and I think Piquet was one of those. He personally isn't sandbagging - he's throwing the car off the track left right and centre during testing - but I think Oulton test last week was not representative. I think you may get a bit better idea of Piquet's relative performance after Tuesday/Wednesday if the temperature is a little kinder.

He did it last year though as well Jinxx. He didn't figure in the pre-season tests and then out of the box at Donington he was well on the pace!

It's still pretty cold up here and with the high pressure it could be pretty cold tonight as well meaning that circuit conditions could be similar to the other week!.....I sound like Michael Fish!

Piquet must really be trying to throw us all of the scent if he's shunting as well! Got to hand it to him, going to those lengths to disguise his blistering performance!!

Impressive time by Watts! The dome is getting better and better, Coloni drove some impressive laptimes with it and so did De Oliveira.
