Good to see Taurus sorting some of the relability problems, it would be nice to see them getting some sucess during the remainder of the LMES season, although I think they would fare better in the ALMS - American road circuits tend to favour "torquey" cars more then the European circuits.
Can't see them getting a new chassis next season though' - I think funding is a real problem, and I understand they now have three of the Lola chassis's; that said, the Lola does look ancient now!!
Personally, I would have thought something like the Riley & Scott 3c or the Panoz LMP1 would be a better bet for Taurus than an ex-SRP2 car (although neither of those are exactly spring-chickens!!)
We'll be having a lot more news on the Taurus Diesel program in the near future. I had quite an interesting talk with Simon and some of our people will be visiting their factory this week -- photos to follow.
