bestfit should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Hidden Valley upgrade.

According to ABC radio tonight, The NT government will announce in next weeks budget a $4m allotment to be used to upgrade the HV facility. Apparently the upgrade will include 8 additional pit garages to be ready for 2006.
