Why do you think that? Bakkerud didn't have a particularly good career in FBMW, and (correct me if im wrong) but I don't think he has won a race yet in his car racing career. He was very good last year in F3 in his debut year, but surely Jarvis is the faster of the two. He has always been a front runner and race winner in his racing career so far, and last years FRenault field was ultra competitive and he came out on top. It will be interesting to see how they compare.

Bakkerud vs Jarvis? Oooh, toughie...
I wouldn't like to say basically I think they're both as talented as each other.

I reckon that Jarvis is potentially the quicker of the two, but Bakkerud has more experience of course. I think it could be an intriguing battle between the two this season.

Ex Carlin Engineer Teo Lopes is setting up a Championship Class
LOLA squad.
Ruben Carrapatoso has been linked to the seat, he was handy whilst here in UK FFord. Old Haywood teammates of 2001 are set to rekindle old rivalries with Tom Gaymor set for a Fluid Motorsports drive
It will be good to see more Lola's on the grid, grinding away at the Dallara domination.

Isn't this Carrapatoso guy one who has already raced in Euroseries? Why would he race championship class? Isn't a step-back?

Well he raced with Opel, although only for a couple of races, before he ran Renault so isn't really a step back. All about getting the money together, he does have options with Brazilian Stock Cars.
I know which I would rather drive.

Talking of new teams, there's been a story going the rounds for a while that last year's SudAm Championship-winning team, Cesário F3, will be coming into British F3. Anyone know anything more about that?
The testing ban ends on February 15th, so I guess that's when when we will see who is ready to go from day 1.

The plan was to bring their driver Alberto Valerio (who won this year in SudamF3) to Europe, but plans are currently on hold. If they come to the UK, it will be through an association with a current UK-based team.
