Does anyone know more about this car or the 1969/70 F100 championship? I know that a sister car is currently racing with an non-original 2 litre engine in the HSCC in the UK.

In 1971 the TARMAC F100 championship was scheduled for 20 rounds at five circuits:
Mallory Park - 14th March, 28th March, 16th May and 25th July
Brands Hatch - 7th March, 2nd May, 30th May, 20th June, 4th July, 26th September and 27th December
Castle Combe - 12th April
Oulton Park - 31st May, 12th June, 28th August, 18th September, 2nd October and 16th October
Snetterton - 30th August and 10th October
Nick Cole came second in the first round at Brands and then third in the second round at Mallory on 14th March (a meeting I attended). I didn't attend any other of the meetings where rounds were scheduled.
The car was eneterd at Mallory as a "Silhouette BMC". The cars all ran Ford or BMC 1300cc engines and in the same race at Mallory Chris Lee was in the SL2 Silhouette again with BMC engine.
