Both Finland and Estonia could justify an A1 team IMO.

Well, the Finnish companies aren't very interested to invest money in motorsports. If we look the F1 drivers Finland has had, mostly you can say that they have reached F1 by talent. Mika Salo paid for his drive for Lotus in 1994, but he became later regular F1 driver.
Rosberg would be interested to run a team and Finland has some young drivers who could be driving our cars, like Mika Mäki, Markus Niemelä, Juho Annala and Valle Mäkelä.

Nah Webber is still doing ok in F1.
I am now even more convinced A1 would be better for Albers since A1 does not have refuelling...

He might have been the best Dutch driver so far, but is not exactly a gentleman aside the racetrack.
