Very interesting, on the spec sheet it says 450PS, thats in GT300 territory, atho the new engine is a 3.5 albiet NA. I have to say that Nismo have done a good job of the car, for something that is so ugly............The GT-R should never have been Killed!

Interesting that a model of car that a decade ago was considered a Touring Car, is now considered a Sportscar. I guess the same could be said of the BMW M3.

The Mazda RX-7 and the Porsche 911 have also, been both classified as a sports car and a touring car. Come to think of it, what about the Fiat 124 and the Alfa 105 GTV?

However, I'm not sure if the 350Z will for be raced in '03? They just heavily revised the engine this year? I guess '03 will see a brand new car as well as a semi-developed V6? It will be nice for Nissan if they win the championship in'03, after many years of absence?
