Golden Corral 500
On Sunday, the NASCAR Nextel Cup troops to the Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Golden Corral 500. The teams have returned from their trek to the west coast (Fontana, Las Vegas) and will take part in this high-speed weekend on the 1.54-mile super speedway. The track is one of the fastest on the circuit with last year's pole winning speed of 193.575 mph second only to the Texas Motor Speedway.

And the Roush Train just keeps on coming. Another great Atlanta finish. What a great weekend for Carl winning both the Busch and Cup races. Damn that kid is good.

Roush now has 4 of the top 5 drivers in the points standings. His organization is undoubtedly on top.

What an exciting finish! Seems like Atlanta always is able to provide them. I was real happy for Edwards and proud of the Missouri boy.

I don't know nothing about NASCAR, but I paid attention lately, and what I was amazed by the races and the finishes ! What a show at Atlanta ! Edwards is certainly becoming someone...
