What do we talk about for the next month? By the way, how's the weather?

The Beer Baron should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
there are current CART teams running the Indy 500.

all next week will be practice, then quals on Sat 11th , & sun 12th
bubble day after that, then the race. throw in a few f1 GP's and your sorted for the month of May.

After Indy the CART schedule gets busy!

Yeah, I was just jokin'. Don't think I've forgotten about Indy. But that's one race on one Sunday for the next month. And as for F1, I admit that I'm more than just a casual fan, but I've given up on waking myself up from my Sunday morning hangover to watch a parade at six o'clock in the morning. I'll give my bookie my race-winning picks for the rest of the season tomorrow. Personally, I don't think that CART should have booked the entire month of May off. Not if they're trying to establish their own identity. Especally considering the long break following the first round. Mexico. Four weeks off. Long beach, then another week off. Japan, then another four weekends without a CART-sanctioned event. What we have is three races in the first twelve weeks.

No, that's true. DaMatta will get a chance to pilot the F1 Toyota at Circuit Paul Ricard later this month.

β€œIt's a chance to try an F1 car and see what it's all about,” said da Matta. β€œI really enjoy racing ChampCars, but with the state of open-wheel racing in America, I've got to keep my options open.”

Helio Castroneves may also get a test with Toyota later in the year (now thats a rumor)
