Gold Coast Weather
The Forcast for this weekends race is now storms for both Saturday and Sunday. Lets hope it's not as bad as last years event. The storms usually come in the late afternoon however this is not always the case. You should check the below link on the day of the event to check the Radar on the weather

There was a strong line of storms that came through after the racing last night and the same is expected this afternoon or early evening. Today is as good as it gets beautiful clear blue skies it's usually like this after a storm.

Only a few clouds on the horizon the Gold Coast could not look any better than it does now. It always is better in the morning than the afternoon.

What a storm!! So much rain, lightning, wind... we got satched and it was a 5m run to the pub from the taxi, that had trouble staying on the road...

The good news is that the storms have past & it is now a beautiful night & hopefully means we've seen the last of the rain for the weekend.

Yeah, it fairly bucketed down again last night, and this morning there are still a few big clouds around that will hopefully burn away when the sun comes out...
