Too many speed humps and cameras around here

So often though i have gone in to the garage to get the bike and thought how great it would be to pull up outside the local in the kart

Just shows that even though a Mini engine isn't super powerful it's all about weight.

How i'd love to take my kart round the Top Gear test track and see how it fares up against the cars. Just due to how light it is and also importantly how nippy and nimble it would be round the corners

The Top Gear track is quite long though so i doubt you would challenge but if it was on a smaller compact circuit Karts could be up there. Imagine racing your kart around monaco

Think it could still be possible to do an ok'ish time, certainly beat the Suzuki £7,000 car! If the kart was geared right, Rotax done long cercuit two or so years back and are reported to have done 110mph, though that spped wouldnt come quickly!
