A torrential afternoon practice session in Watkins Glen saw Villeneuve out-qualify everyone. By 11 seconds.Scheckter stated: "I scared myself rigid that day, I thought I had to be quickest. Then I saw Gilles's time and - I still don't really understand how it was possible. Eleven seconds !"

MLM should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
They seem to be taking a long time posting the results on cart.com.
Can anyone share them for those who won't or can't plunk down the money for RD...por favor?

Hahah...are you guys hearing Rick Benjamin? He said something like "Gaston Mazzacane, failed in Brazil, and is apparently doing the same thing here" as the video feed was showing them tow him into the pits. He's doing sound and video checks, doesn't seem to know we can hear him.

Lol! But sadly I couldn't hear anything!

The camerman on the exit of turn 1 (Camera 2 on the RD) seemed to be desperate to catch someone smacking the wall though...he would catch a car as they were exiting the turn, follow them, then when it was obvious they weren't going to hit the wall, immediatly pan to the next car!

I guess it's camerman practice too!
